Hydresia™ PE

Hydresia™ PE consists of a 75% dispersion of Safflower (Carthamus Tinctorius) Oleosomes in water.  The product is preserved with phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol.

The product is approved for sale in North America, Europe and Japan and is REACH compliant.

Hydresia™ PE can be used to create a variety of personal care formulations from pH 5.5 – 9, typical levels depend on desired use (primary emulsifier, delivery system, emollient, etc).

The shelf life is 1 year from date of analysis, 2 years if unopened.  If you have a sample and would like to verify the analytical specifications, please contact your sales representative.
