Hydresia™ PE, Pure Technology

Hydresia™ PE consists of a 75% dispersion of Safflower (Carthamus Tinctorius) Oleosomes in water. 

The product is approved for sale in North America, Europe and Japan and is REACH compliant.

Hydresia™ PE can be used to create a variety of personal care formulations from pH 5.5 – 9, typical use levels range from 5-10% as a primary emulsifying system.

The shelf life is 1 year from date of analysis, 2 years if unopened.
